May 31 A child, orphaned by HIV/AIDS, can be given a home and a caregiver. Every Life Matters. A new Edmonton-based non-profit organization is partnering with a community in South Africa which has one of the highest HIV/AIDS rates in the world. Join us for a fundraising social on Saturday, May 31st at 7:30 pm in the ballroom of the Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel downtown. It is Edmonton’s first ever South African wine tasting. Every Life Matters is 100% volunteer run so all proceeds will go to Africa. Tickets are $55 and include wine, hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment, including singer/songwriter Krystle Dos Santos. Also enjoy bidding on a variety of silent auction items. Event will be hosted by CTV’s Maria Orydzuk.
