Established in 1996 to promote Humanistic Buddhism, which aims to make Buddhism relevant in the world and in peoples’ lives and hearts. It offers services that include meditations, Buddhist classes, chanting, young adult group, and various activities. All activities are open to the public.

The temple was built in 2000 for Lord Ganesha or Ganapathy. Other deities include Subramaniyar (Murugan), Siva, Bairavar and Chandeswarar. Major Hindu festivals are celebrated in the temple. The temple is open from 9:30 am-1:00 pm and 6:30 pm-9:00 pm.The annual festival is celebrated in June/July of each year.
